Where do you get your inventory? From people who bring in items and from purchases we make outside the store in Bloomington and the surrounding area.
Do I need an appointment to sell my stuff? No, but appointments are available for selling large collections.
How do you pay for my stuff? We offer cash or the option of a higher offer in trade credit to be used on purchases in the store. Our offers are based on a part of the used retail value.
What is trade credit? Trade credit is an amount printed on a slip that can be used for in-store purchases.
Returns? We do not accept returns, but we may make an offer to buy it back.
